Demonstrating good product knowledge to customers on key promotions and offers. Processing returns and refunds as required in line with company procedures. Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Identying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing sulotions. Follow up customer calls when necessary. Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services. Evaluate problems of the the customers and provide logical lasting solutions. Identify and escalate issue to the technical support team.
